While it's rare, bank transfers in Australia CAN be reversed even after you see the funds clear in your account, sometimes up to 6 months later. LocalMonero has a robust dispute and arbitration process, even after the trade is completed if you have any issues you can continue to send messages in the chat and if anything goes wrong you can file a report with the admins. I wouldn't risk my account, trust and reputation here by attempting a chargeback or paying with stolen money.
