  • SethForPrivacy published "Monero’s Ring Signatures vs CoinJoin Like in Wasabi" discussing the differences between each one and how ring signatures are a superior form of obfuscation.
  • Haveno Core Team (HCT) proposed its second Haveno front-end development CCS after their first one came under community's scrutiny and received numerous backlashes and this time asking for $154K instead of $231K.
  • Tipxmr has reached its first milestone. Tipxmr is a free-software, non-custodial Monero livestream-tipping service you can use to get Monero donations when using OBS.
  • Willpower and Margaux released a hip-hop track called "Pay Me in Monero".
  • Kucoin caught doing fractional-reserving on its Monero reserves, claiming to have 9M XMR in their lend platform. Remember to bring your cryptocurrencies home if you believe in it; not your keys not your coins. Advise others to do so.
  • John Foss, author of Monero Moon newsletter, in a twitter thread called "Financial Privacy is not a Crime" tried to demonstrate his points for it.
  • Justin Ehrenhofer wrote a piece called "Without Privacy, We Are Creating Systems to Discriminate".

  • MoneroOutreach.org has a very detailed article for newcomers and how they can help and contribute to the idea and philosophy of Monero, check them out. Also be sure to check this article in LocalMonero's Knowledge Base.
  • Rucknium placed a bounty on Monero Bounties website for creating a Bitcoin-Cash <-> Monero atomic swaps. Current bounty is 1.20471 XMR and and 0.46828024 BCH. You either can donate XMR or BCH to raise the bounty or take a shot and try to claim it.
  • MyMonero is asking for users to test their beta iOS wallet and report feedbacks. Be sure to note that MyMonero is a light wallet, meaning that MyMonero's centralized structures and servers are being used to keep track of your received Monero by keeping your view-keys.
  • Monero-python v1.0 has been released. Monero-python is a python module you can use to integrate python programs with Monero.

  • LibRedirect is a free-software extension for major browsers (currently available for Firefox and Edge in their native stores) that redirects you to privacy-preserving alternatives for many mainstream online services such as YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, Wikipedia and more. Their GitHub repo is available here. Please note that Tor Browser developers advise not to install any additional extension into their browser, LibreWolf and Brave seem to be fine.
